Are your products made in the USA?

Can Exterior Shutters Be Paintable?

Short Answer - Yes, exterior shutters have a "Paintable" option.

Long Answer - In the color dropdown, you will see an option labelled "Paintable". This simply means that we prep and prime the shutters before they ship out so that when they are delivered, they are ready to paint out of the box. If you order a standard color and then later decide that you want to paint them, you will be required to apply primer to the shutters before you apply any paint otherwise you run the risk of the paint peeling off.

Do Exterior Vinyl Shutters include installation hardware?

 Yes they certainly do. each pair of our exterior vinyl shutters include all of the installation hardware. The hardware will be (12) 3 inch metal screws that will have screw caps that will match the color of the shutters that you order and (12) 3 inch vinyl fasteners. You can choose which will work best for you but both will be included with each pair of shutters.

Do you do installations for your products?

We do not offer installation services however there will be installation instructions available for all of our products. Your best option for installations is to contact a local Handyman Service or Contractor to handle your installation needs.

Do you have color samples for Exterior Shutters?

Yes we absolutely do! You will find shutter color samples in the "Accessories" sub category in the "Exterior Shutters" department. Simply place your order for the color samples that you would like and we will ship them out to you asap. You will only be responsible for shipping.

Do you offer a product warranty?

Yes, we do offer warranties on most of our products however the length of the warranty will vary based on the individual item. Warranty information can be found on the "Warranty" tab just under the main product image on the Product page for each item.

Do you offer Contractor pricing?

Does Billing Address and Shipping Address need to be the same?

Absolutely not. Your billing and shipping addresses do not need to be the same a checkout. just make sure that the shipping address is not a PO Box because our shipping carriers only accept physical address locations.

Does USA Exterior have a showroom or physical location?

USA Exterior does not have a showroom available to the public however we are able to ship to all of our customers direct from anywhere within the USA. If you have any requests or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Error Message: "The Options You Selected Are Not Currently Available"

If you see this message pop up on your screen while selecting different options for any specific product, This means that the product options that you selected for the product is not available. The message will go away but if you try to add the item to your shopping cart it will pop back up. Simply select a different option that is available to proceed.

How will I know when my order ships?

We will send you a shipment confirmation followup email as soon as your order ships to inform you that your order has shipped out and provide you with you shipment tracking information. This information will be sent to the email address that you provide when you place your order. Most of our orders ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS however depending on the size and quantity of your order, we may use other shipping carriers. *We are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses

Is there a charge for Sales Tax?

Sales Tax will only be applied to orders that are shipped within the state of Florida. If your order is being shipped to any other state within the USA, Sales Tax will not be charged.

PO Box Shipping?

Unfortunately we cannot accept delivery addresses to a PO Box. Our shipping carriers only accept physical address locations.

What happens if my order is delivered damaged?

Unfortunately this happens from time to time and we will make sure to send out replacements immediately free of charge. All we will need is an image of the damages sent to our inbox at [email protected] and we will take care of the rest. The damaged products can be discarded or donated to a local charity of your choosing.

What is the difference between USA Exterior Shutters and Mid America Shutters?

These 2 brands of exterior shutters are very similar. The main difference between the 2 is simply the fact that they have different manufacturers. Both shutters are made of the same material, they have the same thickness (1" in depth), both have a woodgrain textured finish, both are injection molded with color through out and both include a lifetime warranty. Where they differ are the color options available and in certain styles, the size offering will differ.

What is the status of my order?

The easiest way to keep track of your order is to create an account when you place your order. The status of your order will be available and when you order ships, the tracking information will also be available. No worries if you do not create an account, after you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order confirmation will outline all of the details of your order including the items you have ordered, the quantities and the price.

Shipping Lead Time - Each item that you order may have a different shipping lead time. Shipping information can be found on the "Shipping" tab just under the main product image on the Product page for each item. If shipping lead times differ between 2 or more different items that you have ordered, or if the items are shipping from 2 different locations, your products may ship separately.

Tracking Information - When your items ship, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including your tracking information. Most of our orders ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS however depending on the size and quantity of your order, we may use other shipping carriers. *We are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses

What is your Return Policy?

Return Policy information can be found on the "Returns" tab just under the main product image on the Product page for each item. We DO NOT accept returns on certain products that are made to order or custom. The information found on the "Returns" tab will indicate if the item is a returnable product.

What you need to know about Return Policy:
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs
  • There is a 25% restocking fee
  • Credit will be processed immediately upon return and may take 5 – 7 business days to complete or show up in your financial accounts
  • Any damage sustained by the customer will not constitute a permissible return
  • If USA Exterior is responsible for any error in shipping the wrong item, the customer will be able to exchange the item and will not be responsible for any shipping charges.
  • We will only accept returns that are requested within the first 30 days of receiving your order.
